Caramel Fondue for Your Valentine

Caramel is rich, delicious, and delightful, and let’s face it, it makes almost everything taste better. For a romantic caramel recipe try the following:

Caramel fondue:

Combine 1 lb caramels, ½ cup sweetened condensed milk, ½ cup butter, 20 large marshmallows in a sauce pan or fondue pot. Heat on low, do not let it boil or the caramel will get harder than you will want. Stir as you heat. Once the caramels are melted and the marshmallows are melted, stir around a few times, then serve with fresh cut apples, strawberries, marshmallows, graham crackers, brownie bites, cookies, pears, and anything else that sounds good smothered in caramel.
