•Non-toxic stamp pad (red)
•Note cards or paper
•Crayon or marker

Time: Project completed in Under 1 Hour

Step One-Have your child press his or her index-finger into the ink pad. Then stamp a V-shaped heart on a note card or paper by joining the two finger prints at the bottoms.

Step Two-Then write your favorite Valentine’s sentiment and be sure to sign the card with love.

Variations:

Once kids master making single hearts, they can try adding them to folded notepaper or postcards, stamp the middle of a torn-paper heart card or stamp them on each frame of a construction paper accordion card.
